My passion for learning—especially in the areas of health, wellness, and nutrition—has shaped both my personal journey and my professional path.
About 20 years ago, I struggled with my weight and found myself caught in the cycle of dieting. I would lose ten pounds only to gain back twenty. At my heaviest, I weighed 208 pounds. Eventually, I realized that traditional dieting wasn’t the solution. While eliminating certain foods helped me lose weight temporarily, returning to old habits always brought the weight back.
That realization changed everything.
Instead of dieting, I focused on creating a sustainable and healthy lifestyle. By shifting my mindset and developing consistent habits, I was able to lose over 35 pounds and maintain that weight loss long-term.
The holistic techniques that helped transform my life are the same strategies I now share through my health and wellness coaching.
I am passionate about food, healthy living, and empowering others to create lasting change. I enjoy cooking, baking, and continually learning through books and research on nutrition and wellness.
My philosophy is simple: healthy eating isn’t about following a diet—it’s about creating a lifestyle. And the first step toward that lifestyle is developing the right mindset.
